After a year of seeing Katherine Heigl out and about on the red carpet and just hanging around, we’ve decided to crown her the breakout style maven of 2007. For a girl we’re used to seeing in scrubs, she sure makes up for it when she’s off the set and we felt that she really deserved some recognition.
