I think it’s safe to assume that she can afford pants. So then why Gwyneth? And if you guys tell us it’s because “she has the legs for it”, then…. we might actually agree with you there.

hmm.. she still had some shorts on. mini-micro shorts. But she did had’em on…You can see here (same source as your photos)
