Can you believe Ugly Betty and Blair Waldorf are wearing the exact same Alice + Olivia Garden Party dress?  It’s funny how it can look so glamorous on one person and yet so frumpy and dorky on another.  Basically, the concept of “it’s not what you wear but how you wear it” is undoubtedly confirmed…  Take a tip or two from Blair and avoid taking this dress along the route that Betty chose.  I still can’t believe they managed to make it look so bad!
