High Leg Fringe

Mischa’s attempt at high leg fringe is a perfect example of fringe gone wrong.  Her boots are just too much with that outfit and don’t give us the feeling that summer is finally here.  Elle McPherson, however, managed to pull it off like a pro looking oh so bohemian with a tribal skirt, tank, and layered necklaces.  To get a pair almost identical to Elle’s Etros click here.
