Celine Trapeze Copycat?
January 15, 2013 | Filed Under Cheap Chic, Chic Poll | Leave a Comment

A friend of mine recently pointed out the similarity between these two bags and I couldn’t help but agree. At first glance, the BCBG Max Azrie Andrea Milano Satchel caught my as a super-hot bag. It took a few minutes, though, to realize that the reason I loved it so much was the fact that it reminded me of my true love so- the Celine Trapeze. The croc effect, gold hardware and overall shape is strikingly similar but the price tag is about a fourth of the original. What do you guys think- Copy or Inspiration?

If you, like us, were tempted to buy the PS1 Columbian Mochilla, but were afraid that the seasonal fabric wouldn’t make much use of the bag after a certain period of time, then yep you’re in luck. Check out this JADEtribe Nicole Tote Bag. Similar pattern, similar color scheme, non similar price point. Such a hot groceries or gym bag don’t you think?

DIY: Tom Binns Safety Pin Necklace
September 2, 2010 | Filed Under Cheap Chic, Chic Find | 1 Comment
How cute right? And so easy to execute. All you need is a large safety pin, a metal clasp necklace you can find at any supply shop, and a pair of strong hands. Take the pin, and do some major damage by twisting it randomly until it looks worn out. Attach it to the necklace. Voila! We just saved you $115 from the original!
